Bretherton Village Institute

Bretherton Parish Institute is located on the same site as the Bowling Club, playground, football pitches, tennis court and boules pitch. It can be accessed by foot or by car along the single track roadway between 37 and 39 South Road and there is ample car parking space.

Snooker teams play league and cup games on Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you are interested in joining a team or any other snooker related matter, please contact Bernard Pope on 01772 600386.

Social events are held each second Saturday in the month, to play dominoes, bingo, whist etc., or a quiz followed by supper. The room is also available for hire for special celebrations or events.
